Kristina (Tina) Steffenhagen is currently a freshman on the 2012-2013 Ursinus Gymnastics team. She grew up under the coaching staff of a local gym, Berks East Gymnastics. During her 2007-2008 season she was Pennsylvania’s Vault and All-Around State Champion. In 2009-2010 her season was shortened due to a lumbar stress fracture. Upon her return in 2010-2011 season she became Region 7 Regional Floor champion and placed third All-Around. Tina also coaches at Berks East and volunteers for Chester County Special Olympics and her church. She has acquired prestigious awards both in and out of the gym. Tina Graduated from Boyertown Area Senior High School with High Honors and the President’s award for academic excellence. She is currently studying Psychology, and hopes to one day open her own gymnastics program.
